Visited the farm shop this afternoon, very disappointed to say the least. The pasties etc in the oven warmer looked liked they have been in there when the building was erected. The staff were un welcoming and appeared to express no interested in offering a welcome gesture. Overall the farm looked, tired, un kept and in need of a breath of fresh air. Very happy to share my thoughts with the staff if invited.

I looked forward to enjoying one of your steak pies , I’ve had them a couple of years ago and they were superb . However, I made a special trip today to purchase one for my evening meal . To say I was disappointed is a huge understatement. The pie was awful and inedible, it was ground up beef not chunks of beef , it tasted like corned beef and contained splinters of bone . The pie was thrown away after only one mouthful that was spat out . I have never been so disappointed in all my life , a ruined meal , a cost of £5.00 . And more over a real dent in your reputation. The pie was only fit for the bin . Andy Jacques . So so so dissatisfied and disappointed .To Add to my comments from your reply , I found your explanation unsatisfactory and as for your comments at the end of you reply , I found them condisending and flippant . I will never use your establishment again . Very poor customer service .

Lovely little shop. Great deals and offers. Amazing staff members and brilliant meat/cooked items. Love it. Best sirloin fillet and ribeye I’ve had

Probably the worst steak I have ever had. Supposed to be a sirloin over half of it was inedible, never again.

We brought a cheese and onion pasty and a warm Cornish pasty then went back to the car to eat them. When my wife took the cheese and onion pasty from the bag it had mould on the bottom. I took it straight back in, they apologised and replaced it with a Cornish pasty. They said it was only put out 2 days ago but you don’t get mould growing in a refrigerated cabinet it an item is that fresh. I don’t think they took it that seriously. Please beware when buying “fresh” products from here.

Brought a pack of chicken breasts, opened the pack to a strong 'sulphur' smell. Ended up throwing them away as couldn't risk it! Wouldn't buy any meat from there in the future.

Loved the sirloin steak and the mince meat. All at a reasonable price too. Will certainly go back again.

Bought a joint of beef!! Well it was horrible....full of fat! It was pre packed so couldn't see what it was like really. I only cooked it for 1hr 10 mins...and it was tough!!! I can cook a joint of meat too. This was for my family for father's day. No one could eat it! So won't be buying anything from there again.
